"Jason and his team, especially Stephanie are always great to work with and always make things happen. I bought my son a car from MO. Took it to the vehicle inspection location and got it inspected. Drove across the street to a parking lot and called Stephanie. Within 15 minutes she was working on the insurance, got it, and was able to get the car tagged the next day... all because she got everything moving so quickly. Gave me all the needed docs to get a lower premium for him (grades, safe driver, beacon, etc) and even got my insurance down on my car with the multi-vehicle. Great experience!!"

"I really do thank Jason and Stephanie for what they do, but they need to strive to be better. We've been with the agency for quite some time. But as time went on and things happen, State farm raised the prices. We sold a car and took it off the policy thinking that our rates would go down and was led to believe that, but no. We lost the multiple car discount. The price Quoted for just ensuring one car was ridiculous and I know that's not Jason nor Stephanie's fault. Long story short, I called late August and spoke with Jason and asked him how much more I owed on the current policy and he told me he would get back with me here it is September the 17th and finally got a text from Stephanie telling me how much was still owed. Keep in mind I've called the whole month of September trying to get to the bottom that's being told that I'll get with billing and I'll get back with you. Now I'm the bad guy for trying to pay what I owe to them. My advice with anyone living paycheck to paycheck or is not part of the bridge and famous Do not use State Farm nor this agency"
